The Global Exchange Program is a unique educational program that helps prepare teen girls in global entrepreneurship, global leadership, cross-cultural communication, and civic engagement.

The Global Exchange Program allows high school girls to expand their cultural understanding, explore global issues, exchange ideas, run a socially conscious business, and build lifelong friends with an international network of teen girls who aspire to create sustainable social change.

Through the Global Exchange Program, young girls gain experience in running a real business - Global Sisterhood!  Global Sisterhood is an online retail boutique that offers a collection of fair trade products made by women in developing countries.  This initiative helps provide business training to local Michigan teens and sustainable employment and empowerment to women in developing countries.

  • Cultural field trips and activities
